ARMAF Club De Nuit Intense Man Pure Parfum, 150ml
About this deal
Thank god I got Afnan's NOI, it just kills CDNI only if it was less sweet so I could use it in warmer weather. However, obviously it’s expensive, so this will be my new replacement for Aventus for things like that, or just less casual stuff.
CDNiM just has this distinct smoky accord in it that I really love, and honestly I kind of like the harsh lemon note. In conclusion the smell starts off harsh but dries down well and has amazing performance although now I rarely ever use it as I have better options and that harsh opening just causes me to pass on it most of the time. I own the "Limited Edition" (with the graphite grey bottle, red lettering) which was an immediate "love at first sniff". Half year later I bought it for myself but I felt that it didn't fit that good on me and I had forgotten the fact it was quite synthetic. Maybe it's because I'm comparing it to Explorer, or never smelled Aventus but it was love at first smell. After half an hour it does its magic and becomes a smooth well-rounded scent that is smoky, masculine and fresh.
CDNIM Pure Parfum opens up with Citruses, Woods and a touch Blackcurrant/Pineapple (No harshness, No synthetic vibe) Mid phase of the fragrance is little bit Sweet, Woody and floral, The real magic begins in the Dry-down of the fragrance It’s Spicy, Dusty, Woody, Smoky, Leathery, Musky.Aventus has a more realistic green element in the opening from the Oakmoss and Patchouli, but it dries down to nothingness on my skin within 20 minutes.
