About this deal

Can be safely painted to match any home décor without affecting reception or resulting in signal loss. Mind you my home made one goes through 3 internal and one external wall to get to Sandy, but I am lucky! Ideally would prefer not to have another mains connection required, or is this a must, or maybe run from the USB on the TV?

They also mention that it's a great little product, easy to install, and does the job almost perfectly. It’s a strong performer, though, with a built-in 3G/4G filter, and it couldn’t be easier to set up and use. We rely so heavily on the streaming and catch-up services available on smart TVs that aerials are an afterthought for most.

Freeview HD channels did seem a little more prone to blocky artefacts, however, so you may need to be careful in weak signal areas – and watch out for the short 1. and "1-edge" and "2-edge" -- this tells how many mountains are in your distance making these channels more difficult to get their signal.Jetzt überlege ich, ob ich demnächst mein Kabel Fernsehen abmelde und mir stattdessen das freenet TV Abo kaufe.

I only really watch Channels 1-5 and the picture on all of the these channels were the best I'd ever seen on any TV I’ve had in that position. I literally took the product out of the packaging, plugged it into the TV, draped the oblong aerial/receiver itself (round-back-to-front, and upside-down) over a picture on the wall above the TV, switched the TV on - and was absolutely flabbergasted at the quality of the picture on the screen. Then relocate it back to bedroom and make a simple dipole from a bit of coax and a TV plug: by pulling the centre core (approx 4 inches or 10 cm long) out of a hole made in the outer braid . So never pay hugely expensive cable or satellite fees again and get all your local channels in crystal clear quality, absolutely free.Feet coaxial cable offers users the flexibility to place the antenna much higher on a wall or closer to a window for optimal reception. It came wrapped in a polythene bag, inside a box with info on the front, and technical data and a set-up guide on the back.
